RETURNS
We hope this wont be the case but in the case you wish to return you item please contact us and we will advise further.
You have 14 days from receiving the goods to return and item for a refund or exchange. All damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving the goods.
Please note that in the interest of the environment, we will reuse boxes which have been sent to us by our suppliers, these will always be in good, undamaged condition. In the unlikely event that you are you are less than happy with anything you receive, please send photographs including packaging if you believe the item was damaged in transit.

How do I track my order?
You will receive your tracking information as soon as the order is dispacthed, where you can track your order from our door to yours
What are your delivery options?
UK Mainland orders will be charged depending on the weight of the order. Small items under 0.5kg will be sent with Royal Mail at a fee off £3.99 Any orders over this weight will be charged £4.50. Large orders will be delivered from £6.99
All orders are sent within 2-5 working days. If you need your order by a specific date please let us know and we can look into this for you.
